pins and needles in both hand

I'm a 20 year old female and for the past 6weeks i have pins and needles in both hands from the minute i wake up to the time i go asleep. I also don't like to touch my hair and some fabrics  . I have been to the hospital for different tests and blood work which all came back clear . I have an appointment to see a neurologist and to have an MRI done. There is also family history of MS. Could this increase the risk of developing this disease?

no it don't seen to get worse just stays the same all day . it started first just in my finger tips in left hand and for the past 4 weeks its now in both . i did have the pins and needles in my left foot aswell but that seems to be gone . i never had trauma to my head or spine and so far i have no other problems . suppose ill have to wait to hear from the neurologist and have the MRI scan. just cant put up with the pins and needles anymore lol . thanks for your help Kate

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue, but I understand how your hands feel. My hands don't tingle all of the time , but I too have sensitivity that is very similar .  Does yours get worse when your hands get wet and pruney?  I am very sensitive to certain fabrics but it all worsens during and after showering for some reason. MS can be genetic but it isn't good to worry your self about something so serious just yet. You could have something else less serious, for instance have you ever had any trauma to your spine of head? Are you having any other problems?
