How much weight can we lifet in 1st-2nd trimester?

Just wondering while lifting my 20-30 lb luggage at the airport if its safe or not since didnt do it all along 12 weeks!

I am in my first trimester three weeks and my job requires heavy lifting I want to keep working What's the risk of a miscarrage

My doctors recommend not to lift anything more than 25lbs for an extended period of time.  I think that lifting it just to get it up and down should be ok.  I hold my 2 year old niece and she is like 26lbs (although I try not to hold her as much as I used to).  If it causes you pain or you feel uncomfortable just ask somebody to get it for you.  Have fun in your travels and congratulations for making it to 12 weeks.....hello second trimester!!!!
