I've heard bad things about castor oil, I would not try it. I've been drinking the red raspberry leaf tea.  I've heard sex, driving on bumpy roads, pineapple, oregano, evening primrose oil, blue and black cohosh, acupuncture, prenatal massage... But I wouldn't try any herbs besides the tea or the acupuncture, walking or prenatal massage without consulting the doctor.  You don't want the due date to be off and deliver to early and risk complications, or you or the baby have an adverse reaction to the herbs either. I'm getting anxious too as I'm due on Saturday!

I have went from 138 to 176 almost 40 lbs sonds like all of you are doing well my c-section is sceduled 6/24 at 12noon I cant wait I wish I would go into labor b4 that i am soo uncomfortable I cant sleep I only nap do you know anyway I can induce my labor naturally besides sex, castor oil or walking I have`nt tried castor oil I hear it taste awful and gives you dihrea

I'm at 36wks due Jun 22nd! I started out with a 140lb body on a 5'6" frame. Working on wt. training at the local gym 4 days a week. Until I was 12wks alone. This is baby #6...An no matter how good I thought I was doing I've still gained 31lbs....an it's everywhere...Yah Me!

I was doing good and on track until this last week I put on 4lbs!!! I'm not up to 34 lbs total weight gain at almost 38 weeks. I was 'overweight' before I got pregnant by like 20 lbs although I didn't feel like I had 20 lbs to lose... I feel pretty good this pregnancy and am hopeful the weight is all baby.

i am due june 14th  and am scheduled for repeat  c section on the 7th so far i ahve gained 29ibs this is my second pregnancy i was already overwight and told i was only to gain between 15 qnd 25 ibs
