Sharp (Stabbing) Pain in Random Bones

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced acute bone pain in random places or has any idea what it could be?

Symptoms:
I would describe the pain as deep (feels like it is in the bone), sharp/stabbing (Severity a 7-9 on a scale of 10 - where 10 is excruciating pain) and short in duration (lasts 3-10 seconds). It occurs frequently throughout my day and randomly in different places on my body (i.e. ribs, shoulder, upper and lower arms, fingers, upper and lower legs and sometimes my head).

I'm also always fatigued, sleepy and low energy, but I keep myself moving and motivated. I have been seeing a sleep specialist who diagnosed me with Narcolepsy (Polysomnograph and MSLT both suggestive of narcolepsy i.e. 4 SOREMs with mean latency of <8 minutes)

About me:
24 years old white male, fair skinned with dark blonde hair, 6''0", 195lbs, in shape and athletic (work out and jog 5-6 days of the week). University educated and work in government policy, 9:00-5:00.

Previously was a heavy weekend drinker, but have given up alcohol due to dx of narcolepsy (and I get very bad hangovers). Do not use recreational drugs.

Conditions and medications:
Heart Palpitations - no medication (all OK from Chest X-ray, ECG and Echocardiogram)
Asthma - Advair 250mcg inh od, Bricanyl Turbuhaler (0.5mg inh prn)
Narcolepsy without cataplexy (Excessive Daytime Sleepyness) -  Modafinil (100-200mg po od)
Hiatal Hernia (GI) - 30mg lansoprazole po pd

Recent tests:
CBC and Chem Panel all within normal ranges.

I have had sudden sharp, hard pain in random (feels like bone) places. Sometimes it is my forearm, but legs, feet and even hands. The pain is sudden and does not last too long, but has repeated in the same spot multiple times within an hour. It feels like it is bone. Very deep pain the causes me to grab the affected area and apply pressure.
Any updates?

I have those same pains but some of them are weaker than others. Maybe like a 4-5, but its does feel sharp and usually lasts for about 3 to 5 minutes. After the time periods that i have it I start to feel a bit weak and tired.
I'm trying to find out what can be the cause of this. I am only 16. I have had theses pain for almost a year.
