Pain in hips??

Greetings Ladies!

OK...so I know it is common to have some mild back pain but my hips are killing me!  I wake up every morning like a little old lady!  It feels like my hips are gonna fall out of there sockets!

Anyone experience anything like it?  I would have thought maybe further along in the pg?

Funny!  I already bought a boppy body pillow!  I thought that would help, and it has...a little!  Figured I would need it anyway eventually!  It isn't as bad this week as it was last week....Told my yoga teacher and we kind of stretched everything out....feels a little better!  Glad to know it is normal!!  Thanks!

yes and it doesnt get any better....I found with my dd that a snoogle. ie a very long prego pillow helps. I got mine at babiesrus. Warm baths before bed helped too.

I have similar feelings.....almost like a dull pain in my hips.  It is more pronounced if I bend over.....I asked my Dr. and I was told it is stretching.....I didn't think we'd feel it early on either but was told it was normal.
