Rash with Ovranette

Hi there, I started on the BC pill Ovranette almost 3 weeks ago and have developed an all over body rash. I am sure the pill is the factor in this. The rash is very itchy and eventually turns into little spots that crust over and fall off (YUK). I went to see my doctor who said this can happen on BC pills and it had something to do with the ingredients they put into the tablets to bind the hormones together??? Anyway she advised I come off this pill and wait til I have a 'normal' period, which I reckon might be a good few weeks away and then start on another sort of pill. I wondered if anyone else had had such an experience whilst on this pill or any other one?

I'm not on the same pill as you but I just started a generic generic Sprintec and it has caused tingly, itchy skin.
