Postive Preg Test no ges sac, no fetal pole or yolk sac

Hi my Period was due the 27th September but it never showed so I done a test and it was neg so I thought maybe I am late then On Saturday 2nd October I tested again and it was pos. So made a docs appointment for the 4th and he done a test and it was pos. He sent to get a scan on the Tuesday the u/s showed nothing at all no ges sac, no fetal pole or yolk sac. They took some blood and my hcg levels where 650 pretty low so had to go back in on thursday and get more blood taken got they had doubled to 1300 but still low for what I am supposed to be?? Is this normal??

Went for a scan this afternoon and they could see yolk sac and saying Iam under 5 weeks.  Oh I forgot to mention I also done a test on the 28th September and that was pos.  So I presumed I would be at least six weeks. My last scan I looked at and it had nothing there. Sonographer said it was a ball of fluid.  Today I didn't get to look.  So I am still presuming something is wrong.  I've been pregnant 3 times and I've always had a pos two days before a pregnancy.  Ive had cramping and pinkish discharge, pain in my side and constant bowel movements which i've never seen.  I was looking at my Hcg levels on the net and it said anything between 1,080 and 56, 600 is a 6 week pregnancy so Iam so confused If I was four weeks it would between 4- 425. so I am confused.

It sounds like you may have ovulated a bit late so thats why you had neg test first then pos. It looks like your hcg levels are doubling as they should be,  did they book you for another u/s?
