weight gain

Hi girls, How is everyone feeling?
I am just curious as to how everyone weight is going? I had my 17 week check up today and have gained 3 lbs since last month and in total about 5 lbs I think. For some reason she didnt have the months before weight, but I think it was roughly that.
I am going for my 18 week ultrasound next monday and hopefully a gender determination aswell. I am looking forward to that :)
Hope all is well

I am about 18 weeks and put on 8 lbs to date. I thought I was doing GREAT, haha. With my daughter I gained 65 lbs! I took it all off, but definitely want to be more mindful this time around.

We are having a baby BOY this time - I got a quick gender check ultrasound at my 16 wk appt. So we're likely done at two kids, so I have lots of adorable girl stuff to donate to family and friends.

My doctor only wants me to gain 20-25 since my son was so large.  I'm hoping I can stay in that range.

Hi Ladies,

I have put on a whopping 2 pounds since I got pregnant.  I thought this was low especially since I never had any morning sickness but that Dr. says it is just fine.  I lost weight in the beginning even though I ate the exact same as I always have.  I was also told I should try not to gain more than 15 pounds my entire pregnancy since I was overweight to begin with.  We will see if that happens.

We wont actually find out at the ultrasound what the gender is, but likely a week or so later when the Dr. gets the report. We havent really decided if we want to know or not yet but its there if we do...I think I am more interested in it than my other half ;)
I know the feeling, I am NEVER hungry...I dont know if I am plain bored of food or if everything just tastes terrible. Perhaps a combination of both, lol.
I really havent had the morning sickness, just headaches which are now calming down(thank gawd). I am extremely crampy though, I figure its all the stretching from the growth of little babe.

My hubby will go out and pick up ice cream and pickles etc....encouraging me to crave them.LOL I think its actually him that wants it and uses me for an excuse.

I don't have nausea, but I don't feel like eating either.  I'm having to make myself eat.  I'm hoping I'll start craving food too.

I'm 18 weeks and have an appointment tomorrow, not sure if im going to get a gender determination. But I started out pregnant at 254 lbs. I have actually lost weight in my pregnancy, but the doc's say that is ok. I weighed 246 at my last appointment which was on the 11th of nov. So i hope all is going well

Hi girls, I had put on 4.5 at my 16 week u/s.    Sounds like we are all on the same track.   My next appt. is at my 20 weeks check, but I've been stuggling to eat alot.   I still have nausea most days and don't feel like eating alot.    I'm waiting for the moment when I get those midnight cravings and get to send my dh out somewhere, its not a pregnancy without that right :)

We had an ultrasound last Friday and had them put the gender in an envelope to open with our son.  Opened it Sunday night - it's a girl!  We didn't find out with our son and didn't decide that we wanted to until the last minute this time.

Thanks Patience,
As much as I hate putting on weight, I am also feeling pretty good that things are progressing as they should.
Do you plan on finding out the gender of your little bean?

At my 17 week appointment last week, I had gained a total of 5 pounds as well.  My doctor said I was right on track so feeling good about it.  Good luck on your ultrasound.
