Pain after orgasm

I suffer from pains directly after having an orgasm. I have been to the gynecologist and she could not find anything wrong. However, these past few months the pains have been getting worse. How is it possible that nothing can be wrong? I am on birth control: deprovera. I have previously been on the pill, but the doctor advised me not to use it. I have been on the injection for 4 years now. What can be wrong if the doctor can't find anything? I'm 20 years old.

In my opinion...

Deprovera is the last type birth control you want to be on. I heard nothing but bad things about Deprovera. That could be the reason you're experiencing pains.
