There are height and weight ranges for children which is indicated on Growth Charts. His height is normal, however, his weight is below the Growth chart for his age. You stated he is teething which some children do not feel well from it. Their appetite can decrease. Suggest you feed him small meals 5-6 times a day to help increase his weight and maybe it will decrease his ‘stomach aches’, as you stated.

His weight just below the 75th percentile and his height is below the 5th percentile for his age. Most children appetite decrease when they are not feeling well. Suggest feeding him 5-6 small frequent meals which may help increase his intake. If you are still concerned suggest having him checked at his Doctor.
