If I have been on my feet or sittting for a long period I feel like I need to have a bowel movement but all I get is big blood clots and blood flowingl

Can someone explain all the blood..it is enough to completely color the water red and I have to sit there and wipe until the blood quits flowing fomr the anus area.

I hope by now you have gotten some type of care for this.  It seems like you have a serious GI bleed and need to be seen right away to find the source of the bleed in your GI tract and have it addressed right away!

Agreed with Lynn, you MUST SEE A DOCTOR NOW!  Could be as minor as hemeroids or as major as colo-rectal cancer.  Extreme bleeding from any point on your body is never something to ignore!
