Baby Kick

This week at 17 wks. I have started to notice the baby kicking or as it's called right now the quickening.  Well today the family and I went to the Art museum for a cultural parade and to go inside for the exhibits and it seemed like the baby was on overdrive.  For most of the day I felt the baby kick.  What was so funny was that at any point of the day one of the children had put their hand on my belly and the baby quickly responded with a kick.  Even as I type right now he is kicking.  Baby James has already determined that he will not be ignored.  Today has been good day even though it has hot as..... well you know.

Neisha82, how did I miss your post lol---  Isn't it hilarious that you are walking around with a moving being in your belly.  I went to the store the other day and was kicked so hard I grabbed my stomach in the middle of the store.  It's hilarious to see them in action, I love this part indeed :D

That is cool.  Baby Samuel has no problem kicking me and telling me to sit in a different position.  LOL.  He also loves music and to listen to Daddy talk to him at night. He will move towards it.  I am 23 weeks and 2 days pregnant.  I started to feel him move about 13.5 weeks.  He does not move a ton though.  One day I will feel him constantly and then the next not so much.  Unless I am sitting in a way that he does not like.  Which BTW is my favorite position to sit in..  My son is already trying to control my life lol
