You've done great!  You have the :( faces, but you are getting great results...7.4 lbs in 10 days.

Took you forever to get out of the 190s and now you're super close to the 170s....I'm looking forward to getting there.

Day I hit 199, I'm going to be super happy.

Well, enjoy your 8 days off....whatever you gain, you can jump into a new "cycle" and take it right back off.  Beats being stuck where you were and coming back weighing closer to 200....isn't it?

I think so.....it may not be the best diet in the world, but it seems to work.

I'm waiting to see your results tomorrow.  I'm not really enjoying much of the foods I thought I would off this program.  I'm actually looking forward to Cycle 2 to start on Monday.
