38 wks and really done

just got home from my ob apt and I am lil pissed. they didn't check me even though I asked them to cause I have been having a lot of sharp stabbing pains and huge amount cramping pains but they wouldn't.  I have had a headache since last week and started having swelling all the way up to my knees and hands are swelling but bp is fine I just wish there was something that I could do to stop the headache seems its not enough that I have horrible hip and back pain with stabbing groin pain but now to have a constant headache on top of it all.  I am just done with being pregnant now jus wish dr would atleast listen to me even lie to me to make me feel better but that ain't gonna happen just needed a good rant now I am off to sit in my dark room and cry cause my head hurts so bad It sux bein allegric to tylenol

ya that is what happened the past three times but not this time idk I still a lil heated at the Dr I can understand why they wouldn't have wanted to stir the pot aby earlier than 36 wks but hey I am almost there just needed to vent about it but I know its almost over.

I commented on your other post on the other preg forum, but it doesn't make any sense that they didn't check you.  My weekly visits begin when I am 36 weeks.  From that point on, I am seen weekly and checked each time.  That is totally standard protocol for you to be being checked each appt. now.  Anyone I have ever known has had weekly checks from the 36 week mark.
