Hips/Pelvic are in so much pain.

I know it's normal to have pelvic pain because they are separating, but I can't seem to sleep because I am in so much pain. It doesn't help i can't sleep on my back or stomach. I was in enough pain last night that I just cried trying to roll myself out of bed. I got a big body pillow to sleep with between my legs, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I am also taking tylonal before bed that is not doing much either. anyone else going through the same issue? Anyone have any advice on what more I can do other then having to deal with this for another 5 weeks?

You know I was just reading about something called "Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction"  You should look that up and see if that is similar to what you are going through.  I guess it can be common.  I was trying to research treatments for pain during pregnancy and came across it.  Thankfully you only have 5 weeks left to have to deal with it....lets hope that pain goes away for you before then, however.

I got my air mattress out and started sleeping on it. I have it kinda deflated so I sink in and it has made a world of difference these last two nights. DH also set up a 1hr 30min massage for me tomorrow to help, and if I starting feeling pain again I am going to try a chiropractor.
I do recommend to anyone having this issue to try a waterbed or air mattress. Hope that helps. and yay only 4 weeks left :)

I so know how you feel...yesterday i could barely walk, but i been in pain while lying down in bed for about 2 weeks now.
i too have about 4-5weeks to go and i have reached that point (cos of the pain) that i just want to meet my bubba, realising that i know it's best thing for bubba if it stays longer in there.
