Please help me , i am distressed!!

I am a 19 year old male currently experiencing dull,on and off pain in my testicles, pubic area, lower back and frequent headaches. Let me give you a brief history of my problem , it all started back in 2008 when i noticed this strange kind of burning sensation while i was urinating . It was unbearable to the extent that i had to visit the doctor. It turned out that i had UTI and my hemoglobin level in urine was high. I was given a medicine course of 2 weeks and with time the situation improved and i got rid of the pain. However after some time .lets say 3-4 months , the same pain returned again and this time the prominent pain was the pain in the pubic area. I went to my GP, he did all the necessary tests, ultra sound ,blood test and urine test ,surprisingly all tests were clear except the uric acid levels in my urine. He advised me to avoid meat and dairy products. Moving on , with some medication the pain was cured partially. I still had on and off pain in my testicles, really random, like it would start out of no where and disappear into thin air. In addition to that I would sometimes also get pain in my lower back but i ignored it. Until this year , in august, i experienced sharp pains in my kidneys and pubic area. I went to the GP , he did a urine test and it turned out that i had PUS CELLS in my urine.  He gave me medication for 1 week and the pain was was cured again temporarily. After a week and a half the same pain returned again coupled again with the testicular pain along with the pain now migrating to the middle of my back. On and off, really random pain! .Please tell me what to do! ..Moreover i have always a throbbing sensation near my anus ,random throbbing would just start near my anus , Please i am really confused ..HELP ME!

nope, no std's ,  i am clear,  i am still a virgin! ,..the pain is really confusing, its not that severe but its really annoying. .....its there but dont know why its there..

I wish I could help you, but I am so sorry your going throught his bud. All I can say is my prayers are with you. I hope they find out whats causing this real soon. I wonder with the pus cells is there is an infection they are not diaognosing. You dont have any stds I pray?
