I WILL QUIT

Hi my name is Lynn
I started smoking when I was 12 but addicted at I'd say 15 or 16.
I am now 31 (Dec 15th)

My last cigarette was Dec 18, 2011 at 10:30pm
(3 days, 8 hours sober)

I have felt great from the start, which is better then all the other times I have tried quitting.  I even went into a situation where I knew people would be smoking in front of me....and it didn't bother me!

My tip is just to keep busy, I have be Crocheting and doing a paint by number!
When I get in the car, I reach in my purse and pull out a piece of gum instead of a cigarette!

I want and need to make a healthier lifestyle for myself!

Anyone have any other tips to help, Please feel free to comment!
