Strollers

Hi mommie! I would like some advice on which stroller I should buy. I need one that is light, since I will be the one that will be picking up to put inside my car. I already have a car seat, should I buy both car seat and stroller together? Which is better? And I am outside most of the time, so something that can open easily.

They are pricey but I would look into Phil and Teds if I were you. Especially if you are planning on having more children they convert into the BEST double strollers.  But the single is AWESOME it's self...they are joggers and fit really well in stores, easy to turn. I love ours!!!  We had a graco, it was ok, but the phil and teds is way better.

I have an Aprica stroller for my son and I love it. It takes some getting used to, to open and close it but it's like a nicer version of an umbrella stroller. it won't hold a carrier but that's fine with me. It says from about 15 lbs up to 70 but for me that's not a problem as I usually use a carrier or wrap when my babies are little. The seat reclines and the sun shade is very large. I just wish it had a bigge basket but considering it fits in the back of my Prius and takes up no more room than a regular umbrella stroller I can't complain too much. My old Graco travel stroller took up the entire back and I had to wiggle groceries in around it.

I got the mosaic graco travel system... i love it, its not bulky when you fold it up, it almost reminds me of an umbrella stroller but bigger, and its handles are 2 separate bars so when i go shopping i hook all my bags on them, and thats where i put the diaper bag... and i live on a farm and have no trouble on the gravel... my only pet peave is the canapy doesnt protect from the sun that well at times- i would drape a blanket over to help... oh and it doesnt have a tray that some do for snacks and what not... but i love everything else about it...

We bought the Graco frame stroller to go with a car seat we inherited. It's light, easy to fold/unfold, etc but only holds the car seat so you have to buy another stroller when the child outgrows the basket carseat.
