Electric shock feeling through whole body when I'm hot

Hey. I have had these feelings, the electric shock feeling, from neck down including arms) for few months now. I'm 20 and I'm college student. The college was stressful sometimes but that's not the thing when those shocks hit me. They usually begin when I'm hot, like in hot water, hugging someone with naked skin, having tons of clothes on myself etc.  It usually lasts as long as it's warm = stops when I get refreshed by some cold air or sum. I don't take any meds (except antihistaminatics during spring) so they are not the problem. I also try to make this feeling more comfortable by trying to enjoy it, it's hard but I think i'm getting there. What I also noticed is that I regularly get shocked by cars I touch, or maybe I shock them (:D). Anyway, if anyone here knows how to stop these or any other info, please respond. Thanks

Did you end up finding it what it was? Getting the same feeling from being warm, wearing a big jumper or punching a bag

I tried to provoke those symptoms in any other way but I just keep failing doing that, its not connected to my movement in any way :/

I didn't talk to anyone yet cause u thought it was from winter (dry air provoking more static electricity), but it got a lot hotter here (about 25°C) and this keeps happening. Just wanted to get some opinions before I see my doctor, I doubt he heard of something like that. Thx for reply =)

I get the electric shock feeling when I bend my chin toward my chest, but not just when I am hot.

I do have a problem when I put my hands in warm water if feels very sharp and painful, never really thought about it feeling like an electric shock though but I guess it could be described that way.

Have you talked to your nuero or PCP about this? It is something that should be brought to their attention. I hope you get some answers.
