wtf is wrong with me.

I can be perfectly happy for weeks at a time , then I feel I just fall . I've been so emotional lately its crazy , and what's even worse is I'm like emotional about nothing, nothing will happen and I just cry , then I'm happy laughing, then I'm mad and want to punch someone or myself . I get to the point where I just want to be away from everyone I really dnt even want to talk. One minute I love my boyfriend so much , the next I can't stand him and I want to leave. It really doesn't make any sense. My moods are all over the place, painting seems to be the only thing that helps me forget about everything. I know I'm stressed out right now but my moods do kind of worry me. I just get so happy then so sad. :(

Wow guys looks like a lot of us don't find out until later , that's what I'm nervous about . My med lamictal doesn't seem to be working at 75mg but I'm really scared of high doses of medication. My boyfriend is sensative about it and at the same time he's not , I don't know if its normal or if I'm just used to it but when we fight hell hurt me so bad ill cry for 2-3 days and he fully ignores me or breaks up with me , I turn into a mess and then can't function , it ***** the life out of me , and my emotions he can hurt me so bad I swear I've never felt such pain in my life :t

When I started to get manic my psychiatrist kept telling me I was just having anxiety. I tried to tell her it didn't seem like anxiety to me, but she wouldn't listen. Soon after that I went into a full blown manic episode, and it lead to hospitalization and my eventual diagnosis of bipolar 1.

I have been bipolar since I was a child and have gone through many phases. I notice that stress triggers the rapid cycling and it's best to take yourself out of stressful situations, go and see your counselor more often, paint as much as you can and probably speak to your psychiatrist about switching your meds. This will pass but it's very important to take extra care of yourself and try and rest and not overdo it. I have been through this many times and with age and more responsibility in my life my bp has gotten worse and more intense for me and people close to me. But it is good that you are conscientious of it so you can work on yourself. Does your bf know you are bp? Is he sensitive to you about it?

I felt a lot like this before I was put on medication for bipolar disorder. Mine is relatively minor, but some symptoms are worse than others. Medication has helped me so much. I suggest going to see a psychiatrist. They will be able to do an evaluation and determine what is best for you.

If you feel like it is getting out of control you might want to see a doctor. Maybe a psychiatrist or a psychologist to get an evaluation done. Mood swings when severe enough can cause problems in all areas of life. It is when they do get so bad they are interfearing with your daily life then you know it is bad. I would suggest if you are to that point to go to a mental health care provider and get an evaluation done and go from there.
