Will a big penis 'spoil' my vagina?

I'm worried because whenever I've tried to have sex with a man with a large penis, it is just too big for me and hurts too much to enjoy, even if I'm very aroused. I had an excellent sexual relationship with a man with a fairly small penis for years, but now I've met a man I like and I'm scared to date him because he has a really big one. Also, I'm worried that a big penis will damage or permanently stretch my vagina, and I've heard so many men really hate women with 'loose' vaginas, I'm scared for that to happen to me. What shall I do?

Old topic but, can be useful.

At our 2018 summer vacation, my gf sex with a local man. She was 21. She said his penis was too big for her vagina(7-8' and too thick) and streched her in 15 days. Yes, her vagina was loosened but after 2 or 3 months with kegel exercises her vagina get tighter as before.

Sorry for bad English.

That's good.  How does she know this?  Just her perception or something that it was loosened?  That's a semi myth to my understanding.  All women get more relaxed muscles as time goes on but men don't usually stretch a vagina by a few months of sex with someone.
Vagina muscles could be damaged because of impatient penetration. Vagina opening easilly get streched, a woman can recognise it.
Try a two size bigger dildo than your penis with your gf/wife for 2 weeks, but penetrate it quicker; then see the results.
Myth.  Vaginas are basically like a muscular rubber band.  Stretch out and back.  The female body is designed to adjust.  Rarely if ever and I'd say never could two weeks of sex with a large penis or dildo permanently stretch a vagina. Check with your doctor or her doctor if you don't believe me.
GuitarRox is right - it's a total myth. If a vagina can birth a baby, it can handle a large penis.

@GuitarRox I didn't write "permanently" Even I wrote "her vagina get tighter as before".
There are muscles in vagina, right; but larger penis can streched. Perinal tears can accour. If it's not true; a teen's vagina and a porn star's vagina sould be same.

And, a woman's vagina will never be as tighter as before pregnancy.
Yes, a teen might be the same as a porn star. Vaginas come in all shapes and sizes. Yes, having babies can stretch a vagina, but kegels can tighten that. Again, it depends on the woman. A woman could have one partner regularly and be "more stretched" than a woman with a lot of different sex partners.

Perennial tears can occur with smaller penises if there is rough sex, or there isn't enough lubrication. It's not exclusive to size.

The OP was concerned - 7 years ago - about a large penis stretching her vagina because of societal expectations of women and "being tight". She was concerned because she's heard that men don't like "loose" vaginas because of stigmas about women and sexuality.

Yes it will depending on how big it is. People like assume that vagina will always come back to its original position yes but with lost of tension or elasticity. If vaginas remained the same no one would know the difference between a virgin and big gaping vagina. If he is over 7.5 and more than 5.5 then most like stretching will be your price for your gain. But its up to you.

Reply of Samebear is quite frank and quite correct. Length can be managed.

I have been told by 2 different men that have taken a girls virginity that i was tighter than the virgin... when i first lost my virginity every time i had sex i couldnt enjoy it and it hurt then i was with a guy that was like 7inches and it was perfect and i had my first orgasm. After him i got with a guy that was 10inches and very thick and he knows how to use his penis... it all depends on if the guy knows what he is doing and if your wet enough... my vagina is still the same size after 7 guys

I don't think the vagina stretches all that much unless your active more then my partner and I are we've also had a kid and its still the size its been since we started dating. I don't care what any man says if your bigger then seven its more of a curse then a gift. If he's not careful then dump him its going to take time and you pry won't adjust if its over 9 or 10 anyway

well, I'm not sure, but that's what I've read on several female forums. I have a personal interest in this subject too, so I've tried to catch what other women have been saying about it.

Really? how long does it take to go back to normal? So it won't actually injure me?

if your in a steady relationship with a larger guy you do stretch a bit, but if you break up you'll eventually go back to normal.

Hi Sophie, Well you either try but with lots of lubrication, or just walk away and say sorry to big for me, but you will have that nagging thought should I have?

Good Luck
