Hi There
I agree. You should see you doctor and get a pelvic ultrasound and possibly a Ct scan.
I hope everything works out
best wishes

thankyou for response. I talked to my doctor who arranged a ct scan and bloods. Everything came back normal. She then suggested changing my eating plan to a low FODMAP plan. Its only been a week but my pains have gone away. still quite bloated. I have a colonoscopy booked for 8 weeks to be safe. My lower back gives me grief but Im thinking it must be all the weight I gained So I see a chiro  too..put it down to menopause I guess.  Trying to be more active. I wish you well ...

idont want to alarm you in any way but I have the same probs.i have gained weight and it is al labdominal.my abdomen is very hard, lumpy, sore and painful esp at night. I ahve pressure all around my ribs, and more recently  I have a trapped nerve and I had an op last year to stop stress incontinence..I have just had a private ultrasound scan as my dr would not do one and refused to do an xray as well.it says there were no  abnormalities whatsoever .I still don't believe this result as all blogs etc  say scans don't always detect OC,my drs /rheumy are don't listen to what I tell them.it did pick up gallstones but I know this is not the problem as I have had symptoms fro several years with abdomen worse ove rthe last 2 which is when I have gained most weight and more recently I have lost weight elsewhere.
