Labrythitis

Hello,

I've had labyrithitis for the past five weeks. The dizziness has been pretty mild but I've had very poor hearing in my right ear and tinnitus on-and-off.

My question is: am I OK to wear headphones at the gym? I really want to go later but can't get through a workout without some music to keep me entertained. What about if I keep the volume quite low?

Thanks

Paul

Thank you. I will hopefully be booked in with an ENT specialist in the next few weeks.

It's ok to wear headphones at a safe volume. However, the dizziness and right ear sudden hearing loss with tinnitus is reason to visit your ENT.
