You are a student and overweight is the biggest issue for health. Do exercise daily, It is effective for reducing fat. Don't gain your wait at the student level. Eat healthy food. please don't eat fatty food. Drink too much water. Do a walk for 15-20 mins after eating.
To lose any fat you have to do cardio and burn calories. Weight training is good too. Muscle burns more calories so build them up :) Zumba, Turbo Jam, Biggest Loser dvd's are awesome too!
