How I cured my erectile dysfunction

I posted a question here before seeking advice on dealing with ED. I'm 44, healthy with no use of prescription drugs. But I had been experiencing difficulty in achieving or maintaining erection. I had to resort to Viagra.

But recently, I gained the erection of my youth back, without using any drugs. How I did it is through exercise to regain my leg muscle tone: squatting, jumping, and if you are flexible enough, do splits. And what also really helped: wearing compression hose. Medical compression hose are very expensive, I found the regular women's support pantyhose are just as effective. I wear Legg's Sheer Energy from Walmart, you need to get the support type, either medium or active (full support). Regular pantyhose without support compression won't work. If you have hairy legs like I do, you need to get rid of the hair-shaving, epilating - to make hose stick to your skin. No need to be embarrassed to wear women't hose-because we need it and there's no men's hose on the market. It's summer now and I wear it under shorts every day. When asked I just tell them it's for improving my circulation and muscle tone.

My wife and I go swimming every other day and I had always out swam her in the past. But after I turned 42, I started slowing down and she out swam me for the past 2 years-loosing leg muscle tone seemed a natural phenomenon when people age and she is 10 years younger. If I kick too hard when swimming, my legs get cramps and I have to slow down. And I could not lift as my weight as before-mainly due to my diminished leg strength, not arm or back. Now with adequate exercise and wearing hose, I out swim my wife again. And with regained leg muscle tone, I no longer need Viagra in bed.

Just want to share my findings with fellow males out there. Leg exercise, compression hose, either works for me, both are the best. I try to exercise as much as I can, and I never go out without wearing hose every day.

I thought this to be interesting. Thanks for the insight.  By the way, I was in The Marines and some wore women’s’ hose when in the field for warmth, so I wouldn’t be too embarrassed about wearing them.

Hi Richard, I do know the feeling well.
But porn in small doses is a great libido lifter.
You just need then to hold the pictures in your brian.
Good Luck

Thanks for sharing Nohard. Never tried the ring but read how it works. What would also work for me is a laptop in the bedroom: if I can watch what turns me on, I can stay hard. But my wife does not allow me to look at pictures of other women when having sex.

Hi Richard, I think your find that the erections have got better through the exercises your doing, there raising your testosterone levels, your find this is good for getting your levels back up the natural way, it has a proven track record for that.
Your proof that it works.
Good Luck
PS if things start to fail, try a co*k ring, that is something that does work as well, I know I have a couple, google myhardwear.
