A lump on each vas deferens

Hi. I have this massive lump above my left testicle. It seems like two peas. I would say it feels like a little squiggle. I got an ultra sound a long time ago and I think i might have been diagnosed with a cyst in my epididymis. But this lump doesn't feel connected to the left testicle.

A lump the size of a pea is above my right testicle.

Upon further inspection. I would say that both vas deferensi are just swollen. They seem to have large diameters. The left vas deferens looks crumpled up/ squiggly. The left vas deferens is more swollen.
