3 month old citrus bearded dragon

Hi we have a 3 month old citrus bearded dragon and while my partner was feeding him our two year old cat jumped in the vivarium and and snatched him we managed to get him out of her mouth he played dead until she let go of him and played dead again when I picked him up off the floor until I stroked him head and reassured him he was safe iv checked him over and there's no puncture wounds and his ribs feel fine he's moving around as normal and when we had both calmed down and calmed him down he ate the rest if the crickets fine is there anything we should look out for with him iv told my partner to take him to the reptile show tomorrow to be checked but he said if there's anything wrong we will soon know as he will die and lizards can't be saved so there's no point taking him in I think he's fine but best to get him checked but my partner thinks he's going to die and is freaking out at everything he does saying he's acting weird when he's not doing anything out of the ordinary can anyone give me any advice on this

P.S. I do know that its hard to if not impossible to tell the sex of a beardy this young we just say him as he's my partners and my partner is out numbered my me our 3 daughters a female cat and 2 female rats so hes hoping the beardy is a boy and we just say him as its better than it

Reptiles can be pretty resilient. My collared lizards recovered from crazy accidents. I'm sure he'll be fine, but good idea to keep an eye on him. Do you have a vet?

Hello there,

I just finished reading your comments. I have a few questions. You said
your two year old cat jumped in the vivarium and snatched the lizard.
Where do you keep the vivarium?  Somewhere up high , I hope.
What does a vivarium look like ? What sort of things are in the vivarium
besides the lizard ?  Is the vivarium made of glass ?  I used to have anoles
when I was growing up.  The vivarium should be located in a place where
the cat can't reach it. I'm guessing you keep some kind of cover on top
of the vivarium so the lizard doesn't get out.  You're very lucky that the
lizard is still alive after being snatched by the cat.  I personally wouldn't keep
the vivarium anywhere like on a low table , for example. Does the cover
have a lamp inside it ?  Anyway, I hope your lizard continues to be okay.
