Is this bad....?

I recently had an MRI, the results came back with I have herniated discs at t3 and t4 with slight stenosis. Didn't get a whole lot of explanation and to the issue, I'm curious as to the explanation I what this is and does this mean for me in the future if I don't get treatment.

Without know anything about your health history, chief complaints, or performing a physical exam, it's nearly impossible to accurately answer your question.... However, in general, disc herniations occur when spinal discs have worn out or been injured in some way. There isn't much to be done for herniations in the thoracic region (cervical/lumbar is a different story). Stenosis is a narrowing of a canal - the impact depends on which canal (intervertebral foramen vs neural/spinal canal).
