How soon MIGHT I go into labor?

Hi I'm 35w1d with my second babygirl. Due 11/28/13.  I had a smooth eventless first pregnancy in August of 2008. I went a week past my due date (8/8/08) and had my membranes stripped on 8/14 and had my daughter vaginally on 8/16.
With this pregnancy I'm having a lot of labor symptoms quite early, baby has dropped dramatically and is resting her sweet little head on my cervix, I'm in the process of losing my mucous plug over the last few days and significant increase in discharge, some mild to moderate cramping, dramatic increase in braxton hicks, constant lower back pain, loose stools a few times a day whereas a few weeks ago i was constantly constipated. and I've checked my own cervix and am. Definitely thinning and effaced about %50, however i cant reach around my tummy far enough to see if im dilating. I see doc wednesday next week 10/30 and I'm just curious as to whether this sounds like early labor or false labor? i didnt experience any of this with my first, since every one is different so i dont know if i should expect togo all the way to my due date or prepare for an earlier arrival. Any input would help me put this in perspective. (:
