Hello my little girls due on the 30th is any one else geting really bad joint pains when trying to sleep at night mainly hips and knees
Aww thats great she nearly came early but changed her mind the little munchkin worst is just starting my 3rd cold really geting annoying but this will all be worth it when I get to hold her
I got that. I had to up my calcium and phosphorous intake, and magnesium I think. Talk to your doctor. Part of it for me was definitely calcium leaving my bones.
