want a family

Hi i took two pregnancy test one last nite and this moring hoping for good results and of course didn't turn out good and reason for taking them is twp weeks ago i took one had a faint line now the ones i just took is negative i am 22 and me and my husband want a family we jus bought a home so i have extra room we have tried every thing to get pregnant from putting my legs up gainst the wall for 30 mins to trying to keep up with the ovulation and nothing seem to work we wanna baby so bad can someone help us give us good advice please thanks so much for any help

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to do a few things.  If you can document that you are ovulating regularly, that is a step in the right direction.  I would also recommend that your partner have a semen analysis done to be certain that there is no problem there.  IF you are ovulating regularly and his sperm count is normal, the next step is an HSG which is a dye study of the uterus which determines whether your tubes are open or blocked.

Hi I've been ttc 2 years trust me it's a hard job lol have you used opks ?? Checking your cervix ?? Tempeing your body Basel temperature before getting up in the morning ?? Checking your cm every time you got toilet try using medhelps ovation tracker I use it and it helps me keep an eye on my cycle length and also when I'm most fertile but to find out when your most fertile it's best using opks the first 3 to 5 months so it can help predict that your most fetile bit is sometime just before this week or right inbertween or just after I would say have sex every 2 nites I was told every nite but that makes the sperm thinner and less fertile hope you have good luck lots of baby dust to you

Well i am not a women so idk how much i can help but for me when i tried to have a baby i keep trying and trying but when i stopped trying it happened within 2-3 months... So all i can say is dont try or think about it and it could happen for yall.... good luck and i wish u the best...
