Positive OPK, Negative pregnancy test

Okay so i just took these test a hour ago and i did bd this morning aside from the whole weekend so how long should i wait to retest for pregnancy? If i still get a negative what can i say to my doctor to help me? I have irregular cycles so was on birth control pills stopped in November and started Fertibella Concieve easy on December 4th two weeks later i'm ovulating although i'm happy because ovulation is a sign of i can get pregnant, what if i retake and it's a negative? That would mean something is wrong right? This is my first time ttc and i never monitored my body so much. I just want a BFP asap.........HELPPPPPP!!!

Actually i do have PCOS was diagnosed a few months ago but I know Fertibella is supposed to help with that. I had blood drawn today and a doc. appt. next week on the 24th and the 35th so hopefully i'll get a BFP. I had a very faint line on my OPK today so should i count this as 1DPO starting today?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you not to give up hope if you don't conceive on the first cycle.  ESPECIALLY is you have irregular cycles. If your pregnancy test is negative, I recommend testing weekly until you have a normal period or the test is positive, whichever is first.
If your cycles are irregular in spite of the Fertibella, I would ask your doctor if you might have PCOS and if there is any indication to start Metformin/Clomid to regulate your cycles and give you the option of pregnancy.
Good luck!
