MSK with IC and Migraines oh my!

Hi Everyone. I have posted on here before but it has been a long time and I forgot my user name and stuff so I just rejoined. LOl!
Okay I have a lot to say/Ask so here goes.  I have been dealing with MSk now for close to 3 years. It has been as all of you know a battle. Most days I feel like well like crap to put in mildly. the pings and pangs of course and the back aches. the cramping and burning and the all over feeling un well.....
recently I had a medical procedure that diagnosed me with IC or interstitial Cystitis

Do any of you suffer from both?
How is it effecting your day to day with the two diseases combined? Anyone have Migraines also?
I cant hardly stand it anymore. I cant catch a break. if its not msk its the ic and sometimes combined but this time of year I deal with Migraines too. I am always in pain of one form or other.
I can't take most pain meds because I am allergic to them. like imatrex and Zomig they are big no nos. I can't take hydracodine or oxycotien  ( forgive the bad spelling ) or any pain pills of the like. they give me migraines.
I take Talwin nx and it works pretty good but I can only take half the dose at a time.
It seems like every time I take Gabapentin 300mg I get a headache the next day too.  so the Doc put me on Nitrofurantoin amacro 100mg a day and that stuff *****. Makes me sick in the stomach.  What am I suppose to do?
I can't take nothing to help with pain. The daily antibiotic was to prevent problems so I don't develop pain but I can't take it.
Do any of you have any medication recommendations? Please if you do feel me in. I am typing this with a aching left kidney, lower back ach, IC belly and headache coming on migraine. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Hi and Welcome ..... these two can cause similar pain . I feel so bad for you.  There is an IC community here at MedHelp that may be helpful for you, too!  Sorry you are in such bad pain.  C~
