One thing that has worked well for me is intermittent fasting. You pick a specific time in the day to stop eating and then do not eat until a specific time the next day. I do 6 pm to 10 am. What happens is that your body produces ketones naturally, which helps burn fat. It's also good for your system because your insulin isn't constantly going up and down.

but good news my face did clear up and i'm still losing weight.
you know my sister is taking the b12 and after a month her face began to glow she was soooo pretty now she has bumps so thats a good question,i am glowing now and people have been complimenting me and i'm going to take pictures.. i hope i dont get bumps my face has always been sooo clear i always have people saying you have nice skin i never wear make up or nothing its just something i was born with nice skin...how much are you taking and what kind of b12 is it
