Chronic Diarrhea - Cant get answers

I have had issues with diarrhea for at least the past year. It only happens in the mornings. I was, more or less just brushing it off but now it is getting worse. Now it is every day. I have aching along my waist, mostly in the front. I have been to the doctors and everything came back normal. I do not get stomach aches before I have to go, I just get the feeling I have to and when I get that feeling, I better be in or close to a restroom. There's no holding it. I have had my thyroid tested but that is the only blood work that's been done. Is there anything I should be telling the doctor to check? Does anyone have any ideas what  it could be. It's controlling my life. I can't travel or go any where before 8 in the morning at least.

You probably have a food allergy. Do an elimination diet. Cut out all dairy sugar and gluten. Diarrhea should get better. (If not keep eliminating) Then reintroduce foods one at a time. Could also be some kind of protein so keep trying and listen to your gut (no pun intended;)

You should see a gastroenterologist for further workup and management.
