New Case of Ebola

Hi I just read in the Washington Post that a doctor with Ebola was flown to the US on Saturday.  He is critically ill.  Unfortunately he started to feel sick, he was tested and it came back negative for Ebola, then a few days later he tested positive.  It is said that he is very sick, worse than any other patient in the US so far.  I hope I got the entire address pasted here :)  He has family in MD and travels back and forth between Sierra Leon and his family in MD.  They must be really afraid for him right now.

I am really sorry to hear he died.  I read that they do not know how he got it.  He wasn't working in a hospital that treated it.  Also, like ChitChat, I wonder if he had been diagnosed earlier if it would have helped him.
This is awful.  I am really sorry for this man and his family, his wife and children 12 and 20 live in MD.
He said in an earlier interview that he felt this was a calling to help people from his hometown

Oh my ...

I just read the article posted with the link above.  That's awful.  So sorry the first test was negative ~ perhaps earlier treatment would have saved him.
