Yeah depends where cramping comes from. I knew I needed more fluid when myblegs would cramp up. Lil man is also very very active it hurts me when he moves! Last check up I was still 1cm but ive effaced to 60% in a week.and they could feel his head and my sack. So  fingers crossed he'll be here by his due date at least. 7 more days to go !! Hope all is going well with you.

Ive been having the same problem sometimes I can't even walk. Im 38 weeks and 4 days. Just went to the doctor and she said its where my lil man is head down and ready to go. He's also very active but he has been calmer the past couple of days so they think I can go anytime. Its just a waiting game. Your baby is probably just getting ready. When the cramping stays and you get start having contractions then you'll know your close. I started having cramping in my back and contractions last night but the contractions were off the way and finally went away. So just keep waiting. He'll be here soon. Good luck.
