What would cause ONLY a slighty low MCH?

WBC 4.0 - 11.0 10e9/L 5.7
RBC Count 3.8 - 5.2 10e12/L 4.81
Hemoglobin 11.7 - 15.7 g/dL 12.6
Hematocrit 35.0 - 47.0 % 38.3
MCV 78 - 100 fl 80
MCH 26.5 - 33.0 pg 26.2
MCHC 31.5 - 36.5 g/dL 32.9
RDW 10.0 - 15.0 % 13.2
Platelet Count 150 - 450 10e9/L 304

Everything else is normal. It's hardly off but just wondering why this would, alone, but a couple points low? I do have low iron that they are working me up for. But my hemoglobin is fine. I am post menopausal but have low iron, low b6. Had colonoscopy and upper scope, celiac and h pylori biopsies, nothing abnormal was causing bleeding or obvious issue digesting food.. So they think I am intolerant to gluten and that's lowering the iron. Will change diet and see.

But back to the MCH... is that even noteworthy, my number and why would this, alone, be slightly low?
