Histamine Intolerance

I'm sensitive to histamine and I'm using a dietary supplement for a long time. It makes my life so easy because I can go out without being worried or stuff like that. I can eat everything, doesn't matter if it's histamine rich or not. I found it online and I got it recommended by some users within a allergy forum. The supplement is called Daosin.
And now my question. Does someone got expierence with it? Because I'm really happy with it but I'ld like to hear someone else about it!

Best regards

I tried a DAO supplement from Swanson Vitamins site, no longer offered... it didn't work for me... and I am pretty sure I have histamine intolerance.

Benedryl works great and is cheap... yes, I worry about long term effects... but excluding high histamine foods is a MUST... so we'll see.
