I  had a sweep on 15th at 40w 2d I went into labor on the 16th 40w 3d and had her 4am 40w 4d

I was hoping for things to move on its own but doesn't seem like anything is happening. I am scheduled for induction on sunday at 41 weeks

I was due Tues 21st, they r not doing anything till next Tues! Constantly bouncing on my ball, eating curry and pineapple! Nothing! So inpatient! Good luck ladies!

Well im 40+5 now, went for a sweep yesterday but midwife couldnt do it as cervix was soft and flat but closed :( she said she tried to stretch it and irritate it abit but couldnt see anything happening from it, i cryed when i got home. :( my induction.date is not until next sunday when.i will be 42weeks,  i cant see myself going naturally now, its like my body doesnt know what todo, iv lost all hope now! :( goodluck everyone else! X

I know how you feel Annie, I found the sweep really uncomfortable. Nice to know I'm not the only one, hope it happens for you soon and we don't have to be induced. Let me know if anything happens for you :0)x

Ugh in the same boat! Dd was April 16th have had nothing but bloody show and plug come out with some menstrual like cramps..even got a sweep it didn't seem to move things along since i was already losing the plug before hand...induction scheduled for monday that puts me at 41+4...i want to cry everyday that my baby is not here im so scared she will be so huge or ill need a csection! Just done with this part of the journey bring on the pain

I'm 41 weeks today so one week overdue (due date 16th April) I had a sweep on Saturday and have been losing my mucus plug, had the odd ache and twinge but nothing promising yet. I'm such a worrier too so am worried about why he hasn't arrived yet. I'm due to be induced on Tuesday at 41+5 but am just hoping he arrives before then naturally :0 (

I  was 3 days overdue when my baby girl arrived.  I got my membranes swept  and she arrived a day later.

I have a sweep today so hoping it kickstarts it off and im ok just abit fedup, since my duedate has passed iv been waiting for today to come to see if the sweep will be any help x

I am now 6 days overdo...I've been having mild cramping, but nothing continuous or anything. I have an ultrasound/doctors appointment tomorrow so we will see what they say. But I will probably be induced if she doesn't come on her own today or tomorrow :/
