Hi karley. I'm 39 and have hs, I've had it for many years , I've had a baby ! But my hs wasn't as bad then , it seems to have got worse now hence why I'm here doing some research
I have found some improvements lately after starting a high doses vit d supplement, I'd recommend you have your levels checked, my hs symtoms were definitely at there worse when I was vit d deficient
