Unknown origin of pain

I am a 46 year old female post menapause. I have been having lower abdominal pains for 5 weeks now. They start just to the right of my belly button and radiate down to just inside of my hipbone. They were just on the right side now on both sides and upper abdomen as well. I have had Cat Scans, Ultra Sounds, blood work and Urine work done. Nothing is showing up. I do have IBS but nothing is showing up. Please anyone have any ideas. Open to any questions I should ask my doctor.

I get the same thing like period cramps really bad. It only lasts ten minutes or so. I cry a lot when it happens. Did you figure out what it was?
