I'm 40 weeks and 3 days and will be induced on the 3rd doctor said to try and go into labor on my own these next two days so what can help?

Yes lot of pressure and cramps especially when I walk...and a lot of mucus

Same here I'm 40 weeks n 4 days and I will be induced Thursday 3rd as well...   I've been walking a lot started using the yoga ball, hope that can help. I just have so much pressure and some cramps... Good luck!!:)

I'm 41 weeks and induction is set to next Wednesday but I'm already contracting. Hopefully I can go into labor before then.

i honestly sat on the yoga ball and bounced for like 45 mins an the next day I was having contractions and ended up getting my water broke and having my little girl at 2;03 in the morning
