Vagina too tight!!! Someone help!!!

Hi, i was wondering how to make the vagina just a little bit less tight. I know a lot of people tell me that guys like it when its tight, but mine is just a little bit too much. Whenever I have sex it takes my boyfriend a while to get in me and i almost always end up getting a tear because of it.I was wondering if there is any exercise or somthing that anyone might know about that decreases the tightness?? Thanks in advance!!

I have a tight vagina as well, I am a bit worried about it. we tried using lube and foreplay and everything but it seems to not work out. adding to the problem is the fact that my partner's penis is big. I feel like screaming and crying at the same time. We decided to buy a dildo just to loosen it.

Hey you just might be nervous on top of maybe having a condition called vaginismus. I had it as well as being nervous about anything going in there that wasn't my finger and I struggled a lot until I found the right type of medical help and guidance. I would suggest going to a gynecologist and getting them to see if you have vaginismus or any other condition like that. My pelvic floor physical therapist was very helpful  but I was lucky enough to be able to afford one so if that's not the case for you... I would try just looking up the condition and getting a set of dilators and working your way up from the smallest to whatever size one you want to stop at. Get a good lube (suggest glycerin free one since you don't want to risk a yeast infection - try online more pricey but your vaginal health is worth it!) and get started and most importantly stick with it. It will work and I can personally attest to it.
Oh and I like starting out sex with me being on the top because I feel more in control and thus less nervous and once I get past the initial few thrusts, I have relaxed considerably to enjoy any position. Hope all these tips work!

have you ever tried doing it in the water? ive been told it works like a charm. im going through the same thing. im 18 and recently started dating my boyfriend. when we have sex, it takes him a while to get in. also, he likes the girl on top, but i cant do that for him because he cant get in all the way and it hurts me too much. ive heard the kegel exersizes really do work. ive recently started them. its only been a few days so far but i think theyre working. ive also heard you should be as wet s possible. try foreplay for like 30minutes-1 hour before having sex. the more turned on and wet you are, makes it easier for him to get in. or you can do something else ive been trying. stick one finger inside your vagina to start with... use just one finger for a few days (atleast twice a day), then try 2 fingers and when u feel comfortable, try three. three fingers are supposed to be about the width of an average sized penis. if your man is bigger than that u can try four but i wouldnt recommend it. i hope this helps.

4play girl! lots of lube. also include fingers in 4-play, start with 1 and try to slowly get up to 3 fingers, another thing Relax! relax relax! it can help keep you a little more loose. or theres always toys. find ones varying in sizes and slowly go up in size then try sex with the bf :)

Help loosen your walls of your uterus to be able to let the penis penetration  be less painful. What ever questions you have you can go research on youtube and get a notebook and write it down. Every time you learn a new diagnosed write it down

Call a gynecologists office and ask the receptionist if the doc has had other patients with vaginsmus before. Some haven't and it's better to go to someone who's had feedback from their other patients. And if you can't afford one, then look up the condition and get a set of dilators (look like dildos but purpose is to gradually train pelvic muscles to loosen up) and a glycerin-free lube (no point in getting a yeast infection) and start with the smallest and progress. Might take time but so worth it from personal experience! Do it every day and try to relax

The vagina is made to stretch enormously (think childbirth) but only under certain conditions. Simply, the more aroused you are, the more stretchy the vagina becomes. If your partner isn't hugely turning you on, you shouldn't be having sex with that person, at least at that time. It should go without saying that women deserve sexual enjoyment as much as men, and need to stop seeing the problem as necessarily something inherently wrong with their bodies when it's really incompatibility or infection (which can be passed from the partner, who needs to be treated so he stops infecting you) or mental/emotional issues based in past experience. And women really need to stop martyring themselves for the sake of their partner's pleasure. (Ask yourself, would your partner do the same?)

I am a 40 years lady, who has been a virgin until last year November.
I had to dis virgin myself with my hands when i could not undergo a cervical  cancer test because of the pains i experienced during the examination.
I feel pains during sex, inability for full penetration during sex, little rough muscle tissue in the vaginal. My boy have tried to go full penetration into my vagina during sex but wont let him because of pain and cannot trust when he is on full penetration.
What can i do i currently live in UK.

Hey. You might have pelvic inflamation. I had it before. Its horrible. If you don't get checked out. It will not be good. I had bed rest for 2 weeks and toms of pain medicine. Like tons to the point. Where my ex (who is an addict glad out of that relationship) wanted my medication for money. PID is dangerous. I had it for over 3 month period. Didn't notice until I woke up screaming. Anyways. Get checked out. Now I am unable to have children. Because PID and Over active sytes on the ovaries.
Research vaginismus (find Gyne trained or having had patients with this issue) . From personal experience most docs don't know about this and have looked confused even tho they used their medical terminology knowledge to determine it meant tight pelvic muscles/spasmimg pelvic muscles.
I got really lucky tho and eventually found a doc to refer me to a pelvic floor physical therapist who used manual stretching along with telling me to use dilators at home. It took time but eventually trained myself to relax and to learn to accept insertion of even the largest sized dilator! If you don't have as much money or good insurance to see these specialists I would recommend looking up the condition yourself and what has helped other people and trying it yourself (tho dilators are what they usually recommend).
Stick with it and the rewards are... well you can guess :)

I had this issue at the start of my relationship with my boyfriend of 6+ years. I would be so tight it hurt us both. It turns out it was a phsycological problem rather than physioligical. Even though I thought I was comfortable there was something stopping me from being completely relaxed which meant I was tense down there. We managed to get past this by some mental preparation.  We would take things slow, kiss etc and build up to it, get naked and take deep slow breaths. Once a bit more relaxed he would get ready to enter me from on top and whisper sweet things in my ear and slowly slide in. It may seem like hassle but it made each time so passionate and really felt like 'making love'. After a while the problem went away and 6 years on we still have the most amazing sex.
I hope my experience can help you.

My vagina was my problem. I’ve had a lot of sex growing up but I don’t think that’s the reason..I could’t ask my friends about it because we’re too close and it would be embarrassing, I decided to come on here.. after came here i heard about the myotaut from google. Myotaut serum is one of the best way to make vagina lips smaller again I also recently purchased this product about a month ago, it is been great. I’m surprised that it really works.

Sounds like you haven't been in sexually active very long. Or just starting out. Comfortable sex takes patience and understanding on both parties. Always have him go down on you until you climax first. That will loosen it up a bit. Then Use plenty of lube and get on top that way you can control the angle and depth of penetration. Just hope he can hold out

I guess I feel a bit better that it isn't just me. We tried for the third time tonight to have sex and all this time I thought it was the condom causing problems but now we think I am just too tight. I'm so disheartened and I honestly started to cry a little bit. I want to be with him sexually but I just don't know what else to do. I get pretty wet and the condoms we were using are lubricated, so I didn't think we'd need lube. But maybe that will help. I'm not sure. :\

Hey see my response to others on this post. Lube is everything lol in my case and I spend more money to get a good quality, glycerin free lube (why glycerine free? Because glycerine can increase chances of you getting a yeast infection down there so better to avoid it!) and I also have had a condition called vaginismus. If you have the option to see a pelvic floor physical therapist or a gynecologist I would wholeheartedly recommend that since that's what I did and I felt more confident but other vaginismus patients have done it successfully themselves. Dilators have worked for many of them and that's what both the medical professionals suggested to me and I used that too and was able to train my muscles to relax and accept even the largest sized dilator (I had to start from the smallest and work my way up tho). It takes time and might feel weird since the dilators like dildos... but if you do it right and stick with it and be patient (no need to traumatize your muscles by rushing to the largest size) and only progress to the next size when you are sure you can handle it, you can start relaxing down there. Good luck!

I love , love myotaut product ! I do kegals and the comparison is next to none , it really tightens and gives you that extra boost of confidence to give him that good, good.It is a little drying so lube is needed. But this is a must have , its worth every penny!

Dear ,
Firstly it stems from your fobia and if you dont have any problem phsically with your vagina , just read.
I have a small penis and had a very girlfriend who has very tight one and had some bad experiences with the other boyfriends penises. After she met me, during our first sex session, even though ı have a small one she was extremely tight to me. But she liked it a lot and orgasmed for hours without any pain because phsicologically " pain is in her mind" and she believed small penis never hurts her. Now we broke up and she has  a boyfriend who has a much larger penis of mine and she says no pain because of ı helped her to beat her fobia during our relationship by gently sex with my small penis. She still calls me and thanks million times for it.
Maybe it worths a try for you girls?

A guy friend mention to me that he read in a book that when a woman goes for a long time without having sex her vagina is tight and that you can feel a woman's uterus when he penetrates her. Is this true?

I've had this problem for a while now and I am so happy I've found this.
After sex or during I regularly get tears and bleed a little. Nothing is working and after reading some of the things you've all suggested hopefully something will help.
Just here to say thank you, have been going for months looking for an answer to what is going on, and it's nice to know I'm not the only one with this problem!

Well I've had the same problem with my boyfriend; we have been together for 3 years now and at the beginning sex was very painful for me.

We had tried many things a lot of foreplay, lube and different exercises, finally I got so exasperated that I talk to my doctor about it. She examines me and said that everything was normal but I was a little tight, so she recommended that I see a physiotherapist that could work my pelvic muscle.  It help a lot, the pain was diminish by at least 50%.

The other thing I learn from my doctor is that the pain was partially psychological. In fact, since sex hurt, each time I was about to have intercourse, my pelvic muscle would tighten in the anticipation of the pain, making penetration even more painful for me. The only trick for that is to relax and to take it slow

Good Luck

You're not using it enough... Maybe practise on yourself every so often and let him have a go at you more than once every six months and it won't hurt so bad. Can't even feel it doggy style? I call bullocks complete and utter Bull. I have a vagina and I can feel it no matter how it's going in and trust me it goes in alot more than once every six months. I would die if I had to wait six months. Unless my man was in a war some where but he's not. SO! In short, I hope you're not a man just coming on here to vent about you wife. Because dude that is not right...
