Hate new user interface.

And no, I will not click a different button to say this again and in different ways.  That in itself is a very user-unfriendly response.  Just scrap the experiment.  Go back to what was working before.  Pay attention to what people are telling you -- where and when they tell you.  Very rarely do you see 100% agreement from users on anything, and that should tell you something.  If you stick with the new format, I will keep my account open to get the PMs from people I have been helping longterm, but I won't check the forums anymore.  The update makes it too hard.  I hope MedHelp can respond to user feedback, because when the forum is working right, it provides an invaluable service.

While checking posts I could see a list of the last users who had posted, now that list is gone.

The very same box I'm using to write this text hast a very long inter spacing, it's weird to write like this.

Hi alderick84 - thanks for your feedback! The engineers are bringing back the list of users who recently responded to a thread. We don't have a timeline for it yet, but it will make a reappearance.  The response box should expand while you type in it.  If you have any other suggestions, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Hi there -

Can you tell me specifically what doesn't work for you so we can pass it on to the developers and designers? What makes it hard for you to use, and what would make it easier?

We appreciate your feedback, but specific info would be really helpful.

Thanks,

Emily

It would be too bad to lose a valuablet contributor like you, but I understand how you feel.

I only read and reply to posts now if I can access the original version by signing out and in again a few times.

But I know one day that option will no longer be available, which is sad, because I have little interest in using the new format...
