Can Percocet or Tramadol Cause Down Syndrome?

Hello, am new here honestly before this post id just read other peoples thread in similar situations and id be satisfied. Until TODAy. I am 16 weeks pregnant and my baby tested at high risk for down syndrome.. Im unconsolable i havent stopped crying all day.. Could this really be ? I take no more than 15 mgs of Percot. (Not EveryDay) sometimes id take 10 or less. And when i have no percocet i take 50mgs of tramadol (Maybe100mgs) reason being i THINK i have Accute IBS of course they cant properly diagnose me while im pregnant nor treat me. Ive been to multiple ERs trying to find some kind of solution and NOTHING. The pain is so severe i feel like crawling up in a ball. Everyyyyyday non stop. Thats why i started taking the medication. On a visit to the ER for the same problems i tested positive for the Perks and thats how My OBGYN found out. She really wasnt freaked out. Just told me to stop. She sent me to my physiciAn and he told me i was literly taking a baby dosAge but he recommended to stop. So i ask myself did i cause this??? Can this be?? I have two healthy children ; i take my prenatals i feel like i do everything right except for the meds but i really do need them! Without them id be in horrible physical pain, anyway i have an amneosintesis(idk how to spell it) on the 31st if it proves beyond doubt the baby has down syndrom ive decided to terminate the pregnancy. Please someone give me some advice am not a bad person i just have no idea what to do and this is so embarrassing to discuss with anyone i know.. Please Help.

Hi
Me and my husband have been taking tramadol for at least 6 months about 1 year ago and now we are expecting a baby diagnosed with Down Syndrome and heart abnormalities (AVSD, bilateralSVCs, ARSA) and i have been reading a lot about it and there are publications saying that possible causes of DS are narcotics, opium, painkillers, alcoholism.
Tramadol is a type of narcotic being considered opium and i cannot believe this is happening to us.
The tramadol does not say anything about it as not a lot of pregnants go for pharmaceutical tests.
I am catholic spiritualist and cannot give it up.
I feel sorry for our baby and hope she will be fine.
Please call me if you think you want to 07477892429.
