Why do I have pain in my right testicle?

Hello,

So, I've been having this coming and going dull ache in my right testicle for about a month now. The reason for it coming and going might be anti-inflammatory medication I've been using due to other illnesses I was suffering from this past month. My girlfriend found a tiny non-painful lump on my testicle, the size of a grain of sand. It's located somewhere at the middle back side of a testicle. During this period of dull ache it kind of changed to slightly tender pain when touching. Not sure which part hurts, might be the top of the ball, might be the bottom, but it's not the lump. The pain also radiates to my groin and maybe sometimes to my right tight, which I'm not sure about at this point, because it could've been my hip joint. It seems the ache gets worse when I lay down and when I sleep at night. Also once I had a short sudden shooting pain in my right testicle when I've put my right leg on the chair while sitting on it. Also once I had it during sleep when my testicle got slightly squeezed between my under wear. I've been several times to my family doctor to do blood and urinary tests, also ultrasound of my lower abdomen and groin area, I've visited urologist as well. None of them found anything unusual. Blood and urine was good and I had no stones in my kidneys. Not sure how far ultrasound doctor could see into my testicles because she didn't inspect them directly. Urologist inspected the lump and told that it's(can't remember the name, I believe it starts with letter H) some kind of natural lump, it's soft and has no hardness around it. It possible that it was there for a long time, but I just didn't notice it and told me to keep and eye on it if it gets bigger. So the tests kind of calmed me down, but not really, because the ache is still there and I don't know why. Doctors say it might be because neurological problems, but it's just a guess. I wonder if you have any thoughts on this situation. Thanks.

Sorry this isnt an answer. I was hoping you could tell me what happened with your pain? I have the exact same symptoms and have gone to the doctor and pretty much everything you have done and was told the same thing. did the pain go away eventually?
