bulbocavernosus muscle spasm

I have had a constantly tight pelvic floor for years from excessive masturbation and poor posture and
recently had a spasm in what I think was my bulbocavernosus muscle after masturbating. after the spasm there was a decreased feeling of sensation in my glans that has remained for several months and anus as well as a smaller contraction movement of both the  voiding muscle movent of urinating and defficating.orgasm contractions are now smaller, the release movement is shorter without me being able to do anything about it. i also now am closer to orgasm faster as these muscles are already much more tensed after the spasm.

Did this spasm cause a new degree of tightnes that restricted nerve and muscle function or what happened here? I was able to release some of the tension myself with pelvic floor stretches, rectal massage, and a lot of hot baths, but it still hasnt returned to normal. also the state of my chronicly tight anus/pelvic floor seems to return to normal
unless im constantly working on relaxing and stretching it. ie every day.

Lastly im scared this will be a permenant problem, as the muscle now has spasm'd and will be unable to go back to normal, is this a possibility? Any insight / info / similar experiences would be greatly apreciated.

I also forgot to mention that when i spent time focus'ing on releasing this tension noticable sensitivity was restored, but not completely, and went away once it returned to its tightened state
