Can anyone help with my "negative" MRI?

I had an MRI last month and just got a letter saying it is normal, nothing else, no follow up, no suggestion, etc. History: tingling in hands from start of last year, coming and going before staying permanently, now more numbness, muscle weakness, especially left arm, but also right arm and left leg. Worst in morning, after hot shower, alcohol or exercise. For about 3 months last year I had a really bad spell of most symptoms with tingling up my spine also, fatigue, trouble concentrating etc. and I also lost some vision in my left eye (still not recovered, ophtalmo didn't see anything apart from the lost of vision), random and very bad pangs of pain around ribcage, in arms and along back... can I post pictures of mri on here at all?
I am feeling quite good now thankfully but my hands/arm are definitely not how they used to be and I am baffled as to where to turn now..
Thanks

You should have a discussion with the doctor who ordered your study on where to go from here. Good luck!
