regarding High WBC count

I need to know if after the removal of cervical lymph nodes and with a biopsy report of nil malignanacy, is Acute leukaemia possible within four months and that too with a WBC count of 50,600 and rising up to 2,34,000 in a span of 6 days? with 50% blast crisis , is there any faint survival chances? symptoms have been severe headache for few days, cough, sudden fever.
